PolarHeat™ currently ships within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier performance. Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information. PolarHeat™ is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier directly. PolarHeat™ may assist in submitting claims but cannot guarantee replacement in such cases.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
